The ZS001-1 trailer mounted tent incorporates a high-strength aluminum alloy frame structure with an outer shell constructed from thermally insulating aluminum honeycomb panels. This design ensures exceptional structural integrity and longevity while achieving optimized weight characteristics. The resultant reduction in overall mass contributes to enhanced energy efficiency during vehicular operation by minimizing fuel or electrical consumption.
The trailer mounted tent main fabric is constructed from 280g polyester checkerboard fabric featuring a polyurethane (PU) coating on the interior surface, providing reliable waterproof protection against rainwater penetration. The canopy utilizes 420D polyester fabric with an identical PU coating for consistent weather resistance.
Standard accessories comprise two external shoe storage bags, one 2.2-meter telescopic aluminum ladder, a white monochromatic LED lighting strip, and all necessary mounting components required for installation.
The ZS001-1 is a single-channel rooftop tent with a closed thickness of 17cm. If you have an expansion requirement, the ZS001-2 is a good choice as it is a double-channel rooftop tent with a closed thickness of 19cm, which is 2cm thicker than the ZS001-1.
